Fees for Online Sessions & Consultations 🌟
Welcome — thank you for considering a remote session with Merran. These online appointments include both initial consultations and follow-up sessions, delivered with personalised care via secure video call or a WhatsApp audio pre-recording.
£150 – Initial Consultation Session (50+ minutes)
A comprehensive first appointment where Merran listens deeply to your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. This session sets the foundation for your ongoing work together.
£110 – Follow-Up Session (50+ minutes)
For returning clients, these sessions continue your healing and wellbeing plan, building on insights from your initial consultation.
Payment & Booking
Payment is required in advance of your session.
One to two days before your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation of your session details.
You will also be emailed a secure payment link (via Zettle, a PayPal company), along with your Zoom details, the day before your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I recognise that plans can change. Please see my policy below so I can continue to offer quality care to all clients:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your session: no charge and full refund.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the session start time, or missed sessions: the full session fee will be retained.
If you are in a different time zone, please double-check your local time before cancelling or rescheduling.
Need to Know Before Your Session
Online sessions are held via Zoom or FaceTime. What’sApp BodyTalk pre recorded (audio only) sessions are also available. A convenient alternative to the usual live video format.
Please ensure you have a private, comfortable, and quiet space for your appointment.
Most appointments are 50 minutes. However please allow for a 5+ minutes in case we go over.
