What is BodyTalk?
BodyTalk is a consciousness-based healthcare system that works with the mind–body–spirit as an interconnected whole, drawing on modern scientific understanding, Eastern medicine and traditional healing principles.
It supports the body's natural ability to communicate and self-regulate, promoting greater health and wellbeing across physical, emotional and mental levels.

BodyTalk works by re-establishing communication within and between the systems of the body.
Using a combination of gentle techniques and biofeedback (muscle testing), your body helps identify the priorities for each session. This allows underlying imbalances to be addressed in a highly personalised and effective way.
