Fees & Cancellation Policy 🌟

With over 19 years’ clinical experience, Merran blends BodyTalk with personalised holistic health guidance to support meaningful, lasting wellbeing.

  • Online appointments are delivered via secure video call or WhatsApp audio.

  • In-person sessions are available in London on a limited basis.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include BodyTalk, holistic health guidance, and therapeutic insight depending on what your body prioritises.


£160 – Initial Consultation (approx. 50–60 minutes)

A detailed first session exploring your health history, current concerns, and wellbeing goals. Sessions blend BodyTalk with holistic guidance to support balance, release stress patterns, and offer personalised insights.

£115 – Session (approx. 50 minutes)

For returning clients, these sessions continue your personalised healing journey, working with your body’s priorities and providing ongoing guidance for lasting wellbeing.

New clients are welcome — feel free to ask any questions before booking. 🌟


Payment & Booking

Payment is required in advance of your session.

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your appointment. The day before your appointment, you’ll be sent a secure payment link (Zettle by Paypal) along with your Zoom details, so everything is ready for your session.


Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full session fee. This ensures fair availability for all clients and allows adequate time to offer your slot to others.


Need to Know Before Your Online Session

  • Online sessions are held via Zoom. WhatsApp audio pre-recordings are available as a convenient alternative to live video sessions.

  • For new clients, please remember to complete your initial health consultation form, which will be sent to you via a link in your appointment confirmation email.

  • Make sure your device has a reliable internet connection for video sessions.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Make a cup of tea if you wish.

  • Keep any notes or questions handy if you want to discuss them.

  • How many session do you need? This varies for each person. Some clients experience meaningful shifts after one session, while others choose to work over a series of sessions for deeper support.
