Your Initial BodyTalk Session

  1. Understanding Your Goals: I will discuss your health concerns and wellness objectives, explaining how BodyTalk works and how it can support your mind body and overall wellbeing.

  2. Relaxed Setup: Sessions are safe, comfortable, and fully clothed. In-person, you lie on the treatment table; remotely, you can sit or lie at home.

  3. The Session Process:

    • The session begins with deep, calming breaths.

    • I use neuromuscular biofeedback (muscle testing) to identify the priority areas that need balance. This allows me to ask structured yes/no questions and guide the session using BodyTalk charts (see an example BodyTalk chart here), which map your entire mind–body system and provide a clear framework for the session.

    • Throughout the session, I will explain the priority issues being addressed and take notes. Gentle tapping on the brain, sternum, and abdomen helps restore communication between your mind-body systems, supporting balance in the nervous system, heart, and gut.

  4. Aftercare & Follow-Up
Where needed, you’ll receive tailored aftercare advice, and I will recommend when to schedule your next session to maintain and build on the progress made.

Follow-up Sessions

Each follow-up session builds on your previous work:

  • Review improvements and new areas to focus on.

  • Sessions go deeper, peeling away layers of stress or imbalance.

  • I help to unravel and correct priority mind-body issues as they arise.

  • Aftercare advice and follow-up recommendations are provided at the end.
