In-Person Services: Fees & Cancellation Policy

Fees for In-Person Consultations & Sessions 🌟

Welcome — thank you for considering an in-person session with Merran. These appointments take place at 50 Hill Rise, Richmond Wellness Centre and include both initial consultations and follow-up sessions.

£150 – Initial Consultation Session (50+ minutes)
A comprehensive first appointment that sets the foundation for your ongoing work together.

£130 – Follow-Up Session (50+ minutes)
For returning clients, these sessions continue your healing and wellbeing plan, building on insights from your initial consultation.


Payment & Booking

Payment is required in advance of your session.

Please note you are booking a provisional appointment only. Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a provisional confirmation and a secure payment link from Merran. Please make payment promptly (within 24 hours) to avoid disappointment.

Once payment has been received - your appointment will be confirmed. Many thanks!

One to two days before your appointment, you will also receive an email confirmation of your session details at 50 Hill Rise, Richmond.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I recognise that plans can change. Please see my policy below so I can continue to offer quality care to all clients:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your session: no charge and full refund.

  • Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the session start time, or missed sessions: the full session fee will be retained.


Need to Know Before Your Session

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in. I will meet you in the cafe.

  • Sessions take place at the Richmond clinic in a calm and private setting.

  • If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Most appointments are 50 minutes. However please allow for a 5+ minutes in case we go over.
