BodyTalk, created by Dr John Veltheim, is at the heart of my practice. I love it because it works gently and profoundly, tuning your body and mind back into balance. I see the body as a finely tuned orchestra - every thought, emotion, and physical function working together in harmony. Developed by Dr. Laura Stuvé and Dr. Janet Galipo, BodyIntuitive is an integrative system blending Eastern and Western frameworks of health. It draws on both Classical Chinese Medicine and modern scientific insights (including stress physiology, epigenetics, human connectome and microbiome science) to uncover the underlying story behind symptoms and restore balance.
