What is remote healing?

Remote sessions offer the same personalised care and intuitive guidance as in-person appointments, from the comfort of your own home. Using BodyTalk, mind–body techniques, and nervous system regulation, I support your body’s natural ability to restore balance across physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

The body doesn’t require physical touch to respond. Like a meaningful conversation or guided meditation, it responds to focused attention, intention, and awareness — allowing deep connection and real change, even at a distance.

Is remote healing really effective?

Energy healing sessions can be conducted effectively online because the nervous system responds to awareness, perception and meaningful interaction, rather than physical proximity alone.

Remote BodyTalk is grounded in both clinical experience and growing research in mind–body medicine. We now understand that the nervous system responds primarily to perception and awareness, not physical proximity.

Just as your stress levels, heart rate, and emotional state can shift during a phone call, therapy session, or meditation, your body can also process and integrate healing information remotely.

Sessions take place via Zoom or FaceTime (if preferred). We begin with a short conversation about what’s present for you — physically, emotionally, or in your life - and then I use BodyTalk principles and integrative mind-body techniques to support your body’s own rebalancing process.

Each session is guided by your body’s innate intelligence.

You may experience:
