Online BodyTalk sessions & wellbeing consultation fees
Fees & cancellation policy 🌟
Welcome — thank you for considering a remote session with me. These online appointments include both initial consultations and follow-up sessions, delivered with personalised care via secure video call or WhatsApp audio (pre-recorded appointment).
£150 – Initial Consultation (50+ minutes)
A comprehensive first appointment where Merran listens deeply to your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. This session sets the foundation for your ongoing work together.
£110 – Follow-Up Session (50+ minutes)
For returning clients, these sessions continue your healing and wellbeing plan, building on insights from your initial consultation.

Payment & booking
Payment is required in advance of your session.
One to two days before your appointment, you’ll receive an email with session details, Zoom link (if relevant) and a secure payment link via Zettle (Paypal company).
Cancellation policy
I recognise that plans can change. Please see my policy below so I can continue to offer quality care to all clients:
More than 24 hours’ notice: no charge and full refund.
Within 24 hours or missed sessions: full session fee applies.
If you are in a different time zone, please double-check your local time before cancelling or rescheduling.
Need to know before your online session
Online sessions are held via Zoom. FaceTime is also available if preferred — please let me know in advance. WhatsApp audio pre-recordings are available as a convenient alternative to live video sessions.
For new clients, please remember to complete your initial health consultation form, which will be sent to you via a link in your appointment confirmation email.
Please ensure you have a private, quiet space for your appointment. Feel free to make yourself comfortable and have a cup of tea if you wish.
Most sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Please allow an additional 5+ minutes in case we run slightly over.
FAQs
What happens after I book?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your appointment. The day before your appointment, you’ll be sent a secure payment link along with your Zoom details, so everything is ready for your session.
Can I switch between Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp?
Yes — simply let me know your preference in advance.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
Simply arrive as you are. I will guide the session based on what’s most relevant for you on the day.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies for each person. Some clients experience meaningful shifts after one session, while others choose to work over a series of sessions for deeper support.
